  1. Short: Flexible/efficient clock with memory statistics

  6. This is an effecient digital titlebar clock that can also show date,
  7. day of week, free chip/fast/total memory, largest free
  8. chip/fast/either memory block, with full control over formatting, pen
  9. color for various parts of the display, and refresh frequency.  The
  10. clock can also show the local time in a different time zone.  Clock
  11. only updates parts of the display that need updating, so CPU usage is
  12. kept low.  This program should work under AmigaOS 1.2 and up.

  14. Version 1.2; second public release.  SAS/C 6.x source code included.
  15. Freely distributable.

  17. Changes in release 1.2:
  18.       o Fixed bug in date display (v1.1 sometimes showed wrong date)
  19.       o Now displays long month and weekday intelligently, without big
  20.     gaps in the display.
  21.       o Decreased executable size and memory usage when running.
  22.     Executable is now about 9K, and uses less than 20K of memory
  23.     when running.  You can spare that much, can't you?
  24.       o Improved running efficiency a bit.  Uses *very* little CPU time
  25.     to keep the display updated.
